Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. All products are described as accurately as possible with accurate detailing on the relevant product page. All of our products are handmade to order. Personalisation details shown on product pictures are intended as examples. We reserve the right to amend product descriptions at any time.
SOCIAL MEDIA & WEBSITE
We share photos of our our makes on our social media platforms and our online stores. If you would prefer that pictures of your order are not shared before your big day please let us know asap
Most of our items are personalised. For your convenience please use the boxes provided on each listing for personalisation requests. You can also use the notes section at checkout to give us details of any special requests and you can also contact us before your purchase with any questions you might have via our email address or our Facebook or Instagram pages.
Please ensure personalised items are spelt correctly and check for typos when purchasing. We will make an item using the wording/personalisation exactly as you have used. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes by the buyer
Any mistakes made by you can be rectified if we are notified within 24 hours.
Any mistakes made by us will be rectified but must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
All of our items are handmade from start to finish. We take time and pay attention to detail to ensure everything we make is finished to a high standard
Please be aware that our items are not toys
Please ensure that children are supervised at all times when using our items

PAYMENT & PRICING
Ava Appleblossom accepts most major debit and credit cards. We also accept PayPal who accept all major debit and credit cards.
Pricing is subject to change at any time.
Promotions and special offers will be available time to time on our website and any discounts or offers will be advertised on our social media pages with a clear end date. Only one discount code can be used at a time.
Any typos or errors in our pricing are NOT required to be honoured and are down to our discretion. If an error is discovered we will contact you at our earliest convenience. You will then be given the opportunity to continue with your purchase at the correct price or cancel your order.
All prices are in (£ sterling) and postage is added at checkout.
DELAYS IN TRANSIT OR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
You will receive notification by email when your order has been dispatched.
Once dispatched, we cannot control the delivery timescales of Royal Mail or our couriers, if your order does not arrive when expected we urge you to wait a few more days in case your order comes slightly later.
In the unfortunate event that your order has been damaged whilst in transit you must report this to us within 24 hours of receiving your order, photographic evidence of the damage will be required via an email attachment.
In the unfortunate event the item arrives damaged or faulty we ask you contact us as soon as possible within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Please email us at email@example.com quoting your order number, name and address and details of the product and the fault and photographic evidence of the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
If we ask you to return the faulty item we will refund you the cost of returning the item upon us receiving it. It is advised that you use a tracked postage service that will provide you with a tracking number. This will be evidence your return has been received by us. All intended returns must be reported to us in writing (i.e. by email) within 48 hours of receipt.
Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse. We do not take any responsibility for washing and ironing of garments, these are at your own risk. No refunds will be given if washed or ironed. We will not refund on any items even if faulty once worn.
All our products are handmade to order, we therefore do not accept returns in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations Part 3, Section 28 (b), however should your item be damaged in transit or for personalised items, have a spelling error it will be replaced.
Items that are NOT custom made or personalised can be returned to us within 7 WORKING days for a full refund. The return postage cost is met by you the customer. Items must be returned to us in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
It is advised that you use a tracked postage service that will provide you with a tracking number. This will be evidence your return has been received by us. All intended returns must be reported to us in writing (i.e. by email) within 48 hours of receipt.

In compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations Part 3, Section 28 (b), we do not accept cancellations for our handmade to order or personalised items, however if you need to make any changes to your order if we are contacted in time, we will make the necessary alteration.
Once your return has been received by us refund will be processed within 48 hours. Your payment may take 2-5 working days to appear in your bank account as a credit.
We are unable to refund if you do not send back the original item
If returning a non personalised item due to changing your mind you will be refunded the original item cost and P&P cost. We will not refund the return postage cost
If returning an item due to an error on our part we will be refund you the original item cost, P&P cost and also the cost to return the item to us.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed by Ava Appleblossom 2017-2021. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, images and graphics.
Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
