Our items are dispatched in 28 working days from the date of order.  Please note this does not include weekends and public holidays, therefore please order early to avoid disappointment. If you need it sooner please get in touch before ordering. We always try to help where we can

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to expedite your shipping at your expense.

Packaging and the Environment

We try to look after the environment where we can and to help with this we try to use reclaimed and recycled materials as much as possible, especially for large orders and packaged items. Therefore, your packaging may not look as clean as a new parcel box, but it helps us to keep costs for us and our customers to a minimum whilst helping to protect the Environment.

We use reclaimed paper and bubble wrap and shredded paper for packing our parcels where needed.

We would also recommend that customers re-use packaging where possible to further help protecting our Environment.


Delays or Damage in Transit

You will receive notification by email when your order has been dispatched with tracking information

Once dispatched, we cannot control the delivery timescales of Royal Mail or our couriers, if your order does not arrive when expected we urge you to wait a few more days in case your order has been delayed.  

In the unfortunate event that your order has been damaged whilst in transit you must report this to us within 48 hours of receiving your order by email at hello@avaappleblossom.co.uk, photographic evidence of the damage will be required via an email attachment.
