Do you offer customised orders?

We always love to help with custom orders, please send us an email at hello@avaappleblossom.co.uk to see what we can create for you! There may be an additional charge depending on how much work may be involved in creating your order. The wording on most of our products can be changed but please contact us first to discuss this before placing your order. We cannot always offer custom orders during busy periods so please contact us to discuss your requirements.

 

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

We may be able to do deals for non-personalised wholesale orders. However, we do not offer further discounts if we have the item on sale.

 

How long will my order take to ship?

Our items are dispatched within 28 working days from the date of order.  

Please note this does not include weekends and public holidays. Each order is processed as quickly as possible but sometimes as most of our items are personalised there may be a delay if we need to wait for an item to arrive but we will always notify you if we think your items may take longer to despatch. Please take this into account when ordering at peak times.

You will receive an email once your parcel is on its way to you.

We cannot be held responsible for any courier shipping delays.

 

How can I track my order?

Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation. Alternatively, if you are a registered customer, these details can also be located within your order history, simply by logging into your account area and viewing your order.

  

What if I am not home when they try to deliver my parcel?

If delivery of your order has been attempted unsuccessfully the package should be held at a local post office or collection centre. If the package is not collected within a set time stated on the calling card, the package/s will either be returned to us or disposed of. We are happy to resend packages which have been returned to us, however we ask the customer to pay the additional postage incurred in resending the package and we cannot be held responsible for the item being returned to us

Items returned due to failed delivery attempts will be disposed of after 7 working days.

For international orders, we will provide you with the tracking number for your parcel. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the tracking information and inform us if the parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame. This is usually 1-2 weeks for international orders.

Refunds will not be given in the event a package is returned to us

 

I have accidentally used my old address on my order?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any mistakes made during the order process. Please send us an email at hello@avaappleblossom.co.uk as soon as possible if you notice a mistake to see if we can catch your order and fix any shipping info in time.

 

I would like to make a change to my order

If you would like to amend your order please send us an email at hello@avaappleblossom.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your order number and the change(s) in which you would like to make.

Please note that we cannot guarantee amendments submitted after 24 hours

 

I have changed my mind and would like to cancel my order

Typically, we do not take cancellations as all of our items are personalised and made to order. If you get in touch with us as soon as you can by emailing us at hello@avaappleblossom.co.uk then we can see if your order has started the design process. If we haven't started then we will of course cancel your order and issue you with a full refund. However if the process has started then we will not be able to cancel the order.

I have placed my order but I need it sooner, is this possible?

All our orders are dealt with in date order. But if you need your items quicker than our turnaround time you can have your handmade item expedited by purchasing our ‘rush my order’ priority upgrade.  This does not push your order to the front of the queue, it just means that we will work extra hard and out of hours to accommodate your order. Perfect if you need something in a hurry! 

Please note this option is not currently available on robes and pyjamas and some other items so please ensure you contact us by emailing hello@avaappleblossom.co.uk first to make sure we can prioritise your rush order.

This expedited option skips the usual lead time only - shipping time will still be the same as usual and can vary depending on different country’s postal systems. We are not responsible for any possible customs delays which are not within our control.

 

Are you able to ship to an alternative address?

Of course! Just include the address upon completing checkout. We are also happy to ship directly to your friends and family too

 

I want to send a gift to someone but don't want them to see any invoice or price. Will there be an invoice in the package?

No. We do not include any invoice or any price in the packaging as a lot of our customers send direct to the recipient.

For International orders, we are sometimes legally required to display the contents and price of each parcel to customs. We do not pay any customs duties or tax.

 

Packaging and the Environment

We try to look after the environment where we can and to help with this we try to use reclaimed and recycled materials as much as possible, especially for large orders and packaged items. Therefore, your packaging may not look as clean as a new parcel box, but it helps us to keep costs for us and our customers to a minimum whilst helping to protect the Environment.
